Import your playlists from another service

Move your playlists to your YouTube Music Library and enjoy your favorite music all in one place. After the transfer, your music will remain in your other music service. Changes made in YouTube Music won’t automatically sync between services.

Move your music from another service

You can move your playlists directly into YouTube Music using the services below.

Apple Music

If you’re an Apple Music user, follow the steps below to move your playlists from Apple Music to YouTube Music.

  1. Sign into Apple Music.
  2. Click Request to transfer a copy of your data.
  3. Click Apple Music playlists and then Continue.
  4. Select your Google account, or sign in to another account.
  5. Click Confirm Export to begin your transfer.

The transfer process may take several hours if you have many playlists.

Other music services

If you use a different streaming service, like Spotify or Amazon Music, you can use one of the third party services listed below:
